The death penalty is never going to be reintroduced in the UK.
So put away your pitchfork and burning torch.

Good thing there's one underway eh, which will actually afford victims the legal protections they are entitled to

As I mentioned in the post you are quoting, not sure why you think you’re informing me of anything?

Ereshkigalangcleg · 17/06/2026 11:29

godlikeAI · 17/06/2026 11:26

That’s not true. The Casey report written and was independent. Now, a man who wants to create division, has written another report - how is he independent?

not only that, read the testimonies - what’s the common theme? Assault, alcoholism and abuse by the white families of the white girls. And yet, somehow, this can be spun as a problem with muslim men. Sure, if you ignore the white ones making the girls vulnerable in the first place…

It’s multifaceted and multifactorial. It all needs looking at in depth. The Casey report focussed on one town only. I agree it was damning, and she didn’t shy away from the race situation in Rotherham.

godlikeAI · 17/06/2026 11:14

I would like to know how this report is independent or to be trusted, when commissioned by a man who wants nothing more than to create hatred and division. Surely nobody can read even a fraction of it and not see the glaring political agenda here? This is surely what the word “propaganda” was intended to encompass.

Absolutely.
All these girls went and got raped for political agenda.
How very dare they whip up hatred.

Keir Starmer has already had to u turn on holding an inquiry, lacklustre though it promises to be, due to public pressure. This is likely to generate further pressure via social media.

You need to clarify what you meant by

There are an awful lot of claims being made in this report with no evidence presented. I mean beyond what the victims said

because it appears you are dismissing the victims, yes.

I said beyond what the victims said. Do I really need to explain what I mean by that? For example, here is a bit of the report beyond what the victims said.

Page 116, quote :

"Britain is not a unique case. This sort of thing goes on anywhere that either welcomes mass migration from Muslim countries or contains long-established Muslim populations. There is a consistent pattern of sexual violence directed against non-Muslim minorities in settings where Muslims form the majority. 27"

Footnote 27 references a UN Human rights reports about Pakistan, and only in Pakistan. The UN report does not support the claim being made.

Here is the report referenced:

Pakistan: UN experts alarmed by lack of protection for minority girls from forced religious conversions and forced marriage | OHCHR

If the Lowe report is really intended to help prevent this happening, then I would say it needs to be impeccable in terms of evidence being presented for claims being made.

But beyond the victims statements, it does nothing in terms of a structured and well put argument for it's conclusions. Therefore, it is practically a disservice to the victims.

TellEmAboutTheHoneyMummy · 17/06/2026 11:29

I am glad this report is out and not brushed under the carpet. Well done all.

No to the death penalrty. Yes to life sentences. This was a rape ring not one or two single rogues. It is organised crime against specific selected groomed victims.

Yes to deport those not born here or born to British parents.

No to deporting UK nationals.

Round them all up.

Jail the PDFiles from all religions.

Bunch of pervs.

Indeed.
Their circumstances made them easy picking for rapists and groomers.

Rupert Lowe is a self serving charlatan and a grifter. He knows full well that the media and government won't comment on a report that has no legal basis, and labelling it an Inquiry is purely to mislead people into thinking it is a statutory inquiry when it is anything but

He has reported facts. Real life testimonies. Which is more than Starmer or any other politician has done. No 'propaganda' required. The facts speak for themselves. Is that what you're afraid of? The truth hurts, doesn't it?

Exactly. But these people need to try and stop the conflict in their heads somehow, and framing anyone who supports this report being published as 'far right' or similar, helps the come to terms with their cognitive dissonance.

Unfortunately, it also means that if wanting child rape gangs investigated makes you far right, people will wonder what's wrong with being far right.

I can't seem to make people get this. The performance of virtue, the need to satisfy a self image even when it's based on total inversion of truth, seems to override it all. There's simply nothing far right about investigating a serious CSA crime network.

YourAmplePlumPoster · 17/06/2026 11:25

CaesarAugusta · 17/06/2026 08:47

Unfortunately it was utterly predictable before the report came out that it would focus on immigration issues. A report which ignores or downplays the existence of white rapists isn't really worth bothering with.

But they weren't white rapists. The crimes were committed by an ethnic clan who are mostly close knit family, brothers, cousins, who have each other's backs. They operated in a style very similar to the Italian Mafia in the US. The Italian Mafia are romanticised but specialised in prostitution, drugs and protection rackets very similar to how the grooming gangs operate.

Plimfoot · 17/06/2026 11:25

mrshoho · 17/06/2026 11:08

But if the mainstream parties would acknowledge it, condemn it, allow open honest discussion, then the extreme far right would become quite insignificant bar a small minority. What we have now is Labour, Liberal Dems, Greens, Conservatives still not facing up to the fact that predominantly male Muslim Pakistani men are responsible for such vile child abuse on mass. Has anyone from the Labour government condemned the way GMB tried to silence Sammy?

Look at Labours demographics. Their main core voters. They won't rise against this. They would be ostracising any voters they have left.

I genuinely don't understand what your mental model of people like Rupert Lowe is. "A man who wants nothing more than to create hatred and division." Do you think he just gets up each morning, twirls his moustache and thinks "how can I stir up hatred today, mwahahaha"?

Or do you think he earnestly believes that there is a serious problem with immigrant criminals (I include 2nd/3rd gen non-native; intermarriage is unusual in these communities) committing horrific crimes justified by their own religious & racial animus, and he is personally open to a range of solutions to the problem, including ones which may be more extreme than you personally are okay with?

You can disagree on his proposed solutions (deportations, immigration bans, death penalty etc) but why do people act like their political opponents are just these cartoon villains with no genuine motivation?

I agree, and I think that is what some people think! Left wing people are sincere to them, even when batshit. They never do anything to cause division, they never abuse process, they never stir. They care.

This all day long.

It is absolutely horrific and the establishment wanted it covered up, it stinks to high heaven.

This is why Starmer and Co want to shut down free speech it is deplorable the times we are living in. He is so two faced he talks about protecting youngsters
and the U16 social media ban, he gives zero figs about that. He did not care about these young girls and he was head of the CPS. He is a traitor, if there was any justice his head would be on a spike at Tower Bridge.

They knew who the culprits were and wanted it hushed up that was more important than young girls being abused and tortured, how can anyone square that.

@Ereshkigalangcleg I’m not saying no don’t believe any of them, but we should certainly be wary of this man’s motives (and the resultant skew that ignores all the other abuses that happen), plus - how on earth, as a country, do we have so many vulnerable girls? What is up with their families and backgrounds, and what is being done to fix that?

I am perfectly aware of his political affiliations. I don’t believe this means that this collection of victim testimonies has zero value.

blackpooolrock · 17/06/2026 11:21

I'm staggered so many woman here are victim blaming and moaning about Lowe.

The fact is these young girls were abused in the worst possible ways imaginable and are telling their story - lowe isn't making it up.

I seen Sammie Woodhouse on GMB and she had been told not to mention race or religion - just fuck off GMB... if that really happened the person who told her not to mention it needs to be sacked on the spot.

No one should be worried about being called a racist because they say pakistani men raped all these young girls. By complaining about race and religion you are doing what politicians, support workers, police, council workers etc. etc. have all been doing for the last 30 years. Stop being a rape apologist.
