How does this work when you have the GLP saying there's only two sexes and people can change sex and this is why we reject third spaces?

We know that there was a deliberate attempt to hijack the LGB because it legitimised the t whilst harming the LGB.

The T would be wise to recognise the same pattern being used against them.

We know these tactics were being used by PIE back in the 70s. We know that people who want to bypass safeguarding always look for ways to legitimise and normalise themselves.

There's a massive red flag flying here and the ones at most risk are trans people.

Possibly, the recognition that NB’s and lots of other genders don’t come under gender recognition legislation so aren’t protected by it, nor are they legally trans, The only ones that are, are those moving from man gender to woman gender (whatever that is supposed to mean) etc as the law only recognises 2. So yes all the gender queers, agenders, etc who call themselves trans are not.

Honestly, we need an explicit definition, otherwise it harms transpeople, because it makes them open to exploitation and Trojan horsing by nefarious groups seeking to legitimise themselves.

Stonewall are using trans+ in relation to the EHRC code. Interestingly <raises eyebrow> earlier pieces on their site about the SC ruling only use trans people. I smell incoming overreach.
