This is not a general observation. It is very specifically about being gender critical and the right wing.

Gradually your feed becomes a little more right wing and you barely notice it and can find yourself nodding along.
Before you know it you're agreeing that "all Muslim men are a threat to women" and then suddenly you're posting racist opinions.

It was a Labour government and David Lammy that rammed through introduced the Gender Recognition Act 2004. The Tories just looked to take the next step.

The ‘trans shitshow’ has very much been championed with enthusiasm by the authoritarian left but obviously politicians of all persuasions have remained vulnerable to the huge propensity of the trans activists for bullying and forcing their views on everyone.

I don't personally know any GC/sex realist women who are far right and/or support Tommy Robinson. Nearly every woman I know is sex realist. Many are also GC. Most are left leaning or centrist.
Its fairly obvious the far right will be sex realist, but its like all tigers are big cats, isn't it?
If you find that you're ending up hanging out with far right GC people, then give far right people a swerve.

I did try. Repeatedly. Frankly, you can fuck off with the implication that I didn’t do enough.

But that’s not the case either. We come onto places like here to try and have a sensible discussion with people who have opposing views and develop our viewpoints through discussion but are then yelled at and called racist, like you have just done.

Maybe if you try actually listening and talking to people with views that differ from your own, rather then assuming we have all been brainwashed into suddenly becoming racists, you may develop your thinking a bit further.

We're all subject to manipulation without realising it. If you limit your feed to similar viewpoints then you will get fed more of that viewpoint. The attached image is a representation of Elisabeth Noelle-Neumann's Spiral of Silence.

So we seek out common ground with like-minded people. We avoid those who disagree. We assume speaking out brings danger to us and they think speaking out brings danger to them. We judge each other more on the basis of less exposure to opposition views from smaller social circles that are completely different to the other side.

This is not that women are stupid. I'm not saying that at all. It's that we may forget how to argue our point because we spend so much time in our own groups.

The best example in the UK is Brexit. We forgot how to argue in favour of the EU and now Labour dare not even mention rejoining.
