It's interesting that enby Jane and his breast implants still reverts to the predictable male-pattern fantasies of murder, violence and sex in his film making. The positive is that is does recognise the difference between sex and gender - so in amongst all his pontificating and latent teenage angst, he remains fully aware that he's don't become she's.

A person has an interpretation from a literary/art criticism point of view. They're not demanding everyone agrees, it's an opinion they are entitled to have and you are entitled to disagree with it find downright silly if you want.

It's like when someone did a play about Joan of Arc being trans and the whole of the media was up in arms that this constituted the writer/ director demanding the whole world recognise Joan as trans rather than the fact people use art to explore ideas, which is pretty well understood thing.

Having artistic licence to change a fictional character and complain that the character is transphobic (which is nonsense tbh) is completely different from trashing an actual historic person just to push your bs narrative and are not the same thing
St Joan is the patron saint of France and was a real life women who was tortured and then burned at the stake because she was a woman who heard voices (whether from MH problems or epilepsy) to then use her as vehicle to promote trans was wrong and offensive to many people and rewrites history to erase yet another woman.
This thread is about the ongoing ridiculous hyperbolly that comes from the perpetually offended classes that see and claim everything from the covid virus to now frankenstine is transphobic.
But thanks for proving my point

Jane (a male) realised he was not really a man after writing a horror film about an adolescent girl who got caught up in online role play - his egg crack moment. He’s NB so I guess that means he needs some breasts. He seems to be interested in slasher hypersexual films (he wanted to write one about lesbians with ‘lots of fluids’) and seems a bit fixated on trans girls missing out on their adolescent years - which I think refers to their missed sexual experiences. He is married but has 2 other serious partners as he’s polyamorous. He spends his time between 2 homes but apparently is anti capitalist.

What a load of old shit. Norman Bates took on his mother's persona to murder women because he was nuts, not trans. Bufflo Bill was possibly trans, more likely an agypnaphile, but he was first and foremost an evil murderer, why shouldn't evil murderers identify as women if they want to? Fair is fair. Frankinstein ffs. These people truly think the world revolves around them.
