Well, obviously anyone can be a woman in Australia. Not just real women, but any bloke at all. I don’t know if a bloke even needs a bit of paper saying he is now a lady, or if a male entitlement to piss all over women’s rights suffices?

Yes.. The court found no indirect discrimination but there was direct discrimination. Fine increased from 10k to 20K.

At least that was my understanding. I did not get the section numbers but that should be in the published judgment.
