I did think of the secretions of a colon which are I believe can be triggered with eating. But is nothing to do with the self lubrication that also keeps a vagina healthy and clean.

I mean, there are many reports from men on the internet complaining about the smell of their colons that have been repurposed as a cavity in their groin. Partly from the secretions.

I think that a group of people have decided that 'near enough is good enough' for their descriptive purposes. Remember we have had this 'near enough is good enough' type posting from a number of male posters in the past. Including claims of 'female puberty' because some of the side effects on male bodies that produce changes in a male body is near enough for them to claim it as being 'female puberty'. Where did the ovaries connect to? Were they implanted in the scrotum or internally in the pelvis? If they were functional they would need fallopian tubes and a uterus or else a male body with eggs being released willy-nilly inside it could be in trouble 😬😆
