So, it looks like their income tanking might have finally made them see that trans rights is not quite the gravy train they thought it was. They are now pivoting to getting compensation for gay veterans who were badly treated. And apparently JKR is a wonderful lady, just needs to be a wee bit more kind.

Hmm. Stonewall may have to choose between complete capitulation to 'trans' as demanded or representing the LGB population it was set up to fight for.

I'm curious why Dugdale made that statement, thinking about it. She's a career politician, married to another career politician. She understands signalling and comms, and she knows very well what open support for JKR would do.

Maybe more LG Stonewall supporters will see how this obsession with trans rights is affecting them. Stonewall only added trans rights in 2014.

They have no clue how they come over do they? As Arabella states - it's a bloody hostage note.

How many people new to a senior role have to issue grovelling apologies becuase they made a nuanced positive comment about a woman.

Intimidation, bullying and coercive control runs though this ideology like a stick of rock. No discussion, no olive branches, no attempts at compromise, no meeting of minds.

I'm quite sure Kezia really didn't know what she was getting herself into. Nothing she says will ever be enough, but I suppose she'll find that out when she's either browbeaten until she's a blubbering wreck or cancelled completely. (not that I care either way!)

As PP had predicted, I think either Stonewall on its way out, or, more likely, Kezia won't last long.

Not an auspicious start. What a mess they have all made of what had once been a useful organisation, back in the day.
