If I have missed any threads already started about this then apologies.

I am literally lost for words on the post she added to her podcast along with Charlie Craggs.

My own daughter has been lost to this cause. I am hoping I get her back. How utterly vile can a young woman be - Grace Campbell - towards women who have worked so hard to give her such privilege. I might be ugly and a freak Grace with awful hair. But I am not a mean girl.

@TransParentlyAnnoyed

Your child must be so confused. They hate their sexed body so much they want to be the opposite sex, but then want to wear clothes that are associated with their natal sex? How can you truly mind being identified as your birth sex if you do that? Confronted with a woman on testosterone with a beard but with a skirt and make up on, people are honestly going to have to do a lot of guesswork! I honestly cannot understand this ideology.

ArabellaScott · 19/04/2026 13:26

'... Craggs added: 'You might be able to refuse me service ladies, but you're not allowed to be incompetent.
'So if I can't get healthcare than no one in my vicinity can because I am taking you all down.''

Grown man throws a tantrum and threatens his GP with unspecified actions if GP declines to participate in his fantasy medication.

Datun · 19/04/2026 13:22

What's depressing about those two is the fact that despite being in their 30s, they still think it's okay to slag women off for the way they look.

And the vehemence and glee with which they do it.

What is it about their lives, their social circle, their family, that makes them think this will land well?

How can you possibly get to that age thinking people are going to admire you for this? Or not realise what sort of people will admire you for it.

It's very creepy, incel adjacent, angry and woman hating. What sort of people do they think are going to be egging them on??

These aren't basement dwellers complaining about all the Stacey's out there. She's the daughter of a prominent ex politician, ffs.

Depressing as fuck.

Charlie Craggs
This hilarious article is about them being refused hormones & threatening to "take down" their GP, includes the line
'They know this as well because I said on the phone "I'm Charlie Craggs I have a Wikipedia page".'

I HAVE A WIKIPEDIA PAGE !!!
Can you imagine having to put up with this shit?

I feel a teeny bit sorry for him tbh, such ridiculous comments on this simpering podcast, surely he'll be widely ridiculed which of course will be 'transphobia/hate' and not well justified mocking for his 'uglyyyy' comments.

I'd never heard of him before, I wonder if the whole point of this was for sm fame?

Trans-influencer threatens to cancel GP after being refused hormones

A British trans activist and BBC actor has shared her battle to get hormone medications she's been taking for a decade after her new GP refused to prescribe them after she moved to the countryside.

My son who is now 30 also liked to play with dolls and occasionally dress up in Disney character outfits where the character was a girl. He's totally straight, not remotely effeminate, doesn't cross dress or play around with gender roles or gender identity. He was just a little boy with a big imagination and he dressed up and role played as all sorts. Pirates, doctors, Bob the Builder, dragons, dinosaurs, Peter Pan, Robin Hood, and sometimes the Little Mermaid or Pocohontas.

Luckily, I didn't see it as a sign that I should take him to get sterilised or mutliated and now he doesn't dress up as any of those things.

Poster claims to genuinely believe their daughter is a gender non-conforming man.

And that anyone who thinks that this is just a teeny tiny bit batshit is full of 'anti-trans hate'.

I really wish this was just the internet and not something that our government, media, NHS, police and institutions actually takes seriously.

So, the child is biologically female, is referred to as male, and dresses in female stereotypical clothing and makeup? Presumably if this child gets into a relationship, s/he will be in a gay relationship whatever the sex of the other person.

Batshit

Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g · 19/04/2026 12:06

Amen to that.

ArabellaScott · 19/04/2026 11:39

There are also parents who instigate the whole idea of 'trans'. Sometimes based on homophobic ideas - see Susie Green's TED talk. Her son wanted to play with dolls, and the father totally freaked out.

'when I went back to work jack's favorite outfits were the tutu and the snow white costume and again that was fine but not for dad so jackie's dad struggled and he blamed me his thoughts were that because i allowed the polly pocket and my little pony that i was facilitating and encouraging, and i disagreed, and it caused tensions. What I had come to the conclusion with, over sort of, the sort of years up until she was about two was that i had a very sensitive quite feminine little boy who was probably gay but jack's dad did not approve of our child's effeminate behavior'

Except that I think @TransParentlyAnnoyed has made a mistake and thinks that a trans man is a person who is biologically male but dresses like a stereotypical woman. Otherwise what s/he is saying is the bizarre idea that the child is a biological female who wears skirts and make up but whose parent thinks of her and refers to her as their son.

It’s all very well saying that outward presentation doesn’t make gender. It certainly doesn’t make sex, but when the point of the post is about dressing, hair and makeup, it becomes so. At conception @TransParentlyAnnoyed was your child male or female? It would assist in making sense of your posts to inform us of this.

Sorry @BlueLegume but in a way this all highlights the confusing and distorted reality that’s being pushed around at the moment.

I do wonder, if some parents whose teenagers declared they were trans and insisted on different names and pronouns and clothes, become so invested in their trans child that they fail to notice when that child quietly desists.

Gosh your “voice” sounds just like the PP on the Melle thread who invented a job with autistic people and sounded equally insistent and as confused whilst de-railing that thread too…

But you have absolutely nailed it inadvertently with this comment:

a trans man remains a trans man whatever he wears. Same as a trans woman remains a trans woman whatever she wears.

yes biological sex does indeed prevail whatever a person’s identity

So if wearing a skirt doesn’t make someone a woman, and outward appearances don’t, what exactly is a woman? If it’s not an adult human female, what characteristics would encompass all women and those males claiming to be women? What do all women have in common with all males claiming to be women that make both groups women? If woman is not the word for an adult human female, as in your definition it includes males, what is the word for an adult human female? No qualifiers or prefixes.

It's a feeling inside. So strong.

Erm, no. He's a trans man who likes wearing skirts & make-up. I'm a bit surprised you think clothing is gender - I wear what I want, so does he. Being gnc is very common, whether someone is cis or trans.

The only thing he takes the (gentle) piss out of is my ability to walk in a straight line. Which is fair enough, I am very bad at it.

My child isn't my identity. Who he is, is his business. If he detransed, I would be equally supportive.

Does she, who is now a he, become a she again on the day “they” wear skirts? Maybe that’s what’s going on. There was a newsreader did this, and the guy in the bank.

Quite. How is a female, with no surgery, wearing skirts and make up… a trans man? What makes her a man?

Wearenotborg · 19/04/2026 10:01

TransParentlyAnnoyed · 19/04/2026 04:29

He's a trans man who wears skirts. Clothes are not a gender.

I...don't get how that's difficult, sorry.

Wearing a skirt doesn't make anyone female. I never wear them, lots of trans & cis guys do. Trans women often wear skirts but loads don't.

The regret rate for surgery is lower than joint surgery, for a start

Not this again. There is absolutely no comparison between tried and tested surgery to repair crumbling joints to restore mobility and cosmetic surgery with a very high failure rate which frequently results in unpleasant complications. My upcoming knee surgery might not go to plan, but even if it doesn’t restore my ability to walk as much as I’d like, or completely eliminate pain, the artificial joint should at least work, which is more than you can say for a simulacrum of a penis that won’t do anything that a real one would.

popery · 19/04/2026 09:51

My use of cis is fairly common. It just means 'not trans' - and helps avoid confusion.'

It's already been picked through to death here, but just to reiterate that it's also very common for people to use "cis" to mean "having a gender identity that aligns with your sex", so in that sense it's not <everyone in a venn diagram outside of "having a gender identity that doesn't align with your sex"> because people exist who don't have a gender identity and therefore fall outside of either definition.

Thank you to all contributors to this thread. I include those posters who slightly derailed it as well. As with much in the world of trans ideology the words and language used to affirm this madness, yes I mean madness, see people who must know what reality is dance around twisting language to ‘be kind’.

Being kind for me is acknowledging truth not affirming lies.

Yes, and the two individuals in the video are spiteful and cowardly.

It's really concerning how the offspring of famous parents get such a legup into positions of privilege especially in the arts, while others are kept out because they don't have the right views or connections.

borntobequiet · 19/04/2026 09:40

Gratitude is a deeply poisonous concept, and the roof of all abuse.

Gratitude is a benign element of healthy relationships, where people recognise the efforts others make to accommodate and care for them. Like any other aspects of a relationship, it can be distorted by malign factors either internal or external to the relationship.
