Something has occurred to me - Steph has monetised his X account.

I reckon this EHRC thing will be his new grift, trying desperately to stay relevant after the Labour Party nonsense was clearly a non-starter.

Just related by Steph being cross at being told he’s male in the eyes of the law and he can no longer trample all over women’s rights.

If this isnt fraud, I'd like to know how it isn't. I dont even see how sueing the Labour Party and a Judicial Review of the EHRC guidance are related. At all.

How can you change your case from wanting to sue the Labour Party to wanting to take the EHRC to JR without that being an entirely separate and distinct case?

They say they've communicated with all donors. Be good to hear if that is true or not.

Well, here's the response from CrowdJustice:

'On the rare occasion an amendment is needed for a live case page, amendments can only be made by the team at CrowdJustice, and in adherence with our strict compliance requirements and is subject to prior communication of any changes with all existing backers.

We have all archive information on record for compliance purposes, so there is no need to send any documentation over.

I can't see a donation for you towards this case, please provide details of your donation if you'd like to discuss it further.'

So, today he has posted this. Including the phrase "As a consequence, with the permission of Crowd Justice and my legal team,".

There have clearly been rumblings, and not just here.

I predict he will raise about £5,000 more for this narcissistic endeavour from everyday punters. He hasn't got a hope of raising any more. Until another five figure sum comes in mysteriously? 🤔

Update: My legal action against The Labour Party.

Firstly, my apologies for not updating my supporters sooner - unfortunately, my lawyers have advised me not to say too much publicly. This is what I can say: A few people have noticed that Crowdjustice extended my funder's deadline to the end of May. This was at the request of my solicitor with Crowdjustice, confirming that campaigns can be extended by up to 90 days.

Why did my solicitor request an extension?

1: Despite three PAP letters, the Labour Party has failed to provide all the requested information. Indeed, they have provided virtually no information in response to our questions. This inhibits the progress of my case and adds to the costs. 2: Recently, a second person has contacted my solicitor to ask whether they can be a co-claimant. Their circumstances are different from mine; they are not transgender, and their claim has to be evaluated by counsel. 3: The EHRC Code of Practice, which will be laid in Parliament in the coming weeks, could have an effect on my case. 4: On the 16th of February, I made a Subject Access Request to the Labour Party. They responded on the 16th of March. I was expecting perhaps 20 to 25 pages. How wrong can I be?

There were 252 pages, many of which were heavily redacted!

I requested a review and asked for a response within 7 days. The Labour Party refused, saying they need six weeks! 5: In my opinion, the Labour Party are being as obstructive as possible, borne out by the fact that they have never once responded positively even to Alternative Dispute Resolution requests. People will rightly query why I stay a member of the Labour Party and will be supporting my CLP's councillors on Thursday. The reality is this. Every single member of my CLP has supported me; in short, they are my family, and if I divorce the Labour Party, my family goes with that divorce. Local councillors cant change the Labour Party’s policies regarding immigration, national laws or the NHS; they deal with street cleaning, parks, and local services, and in Portsmouth, I know for a fact every single Labour Councillor works exceptionally hard.

Do I agree with the Labour Party’s policies regarding the trans community? Absolutely not!More to follow on Monday!

It will be fascinating to see the interplay between Steph's attempt and the application by the three claimants assisted by the Good Laugh Project for permission to appeal the High Court’s decision.

Funds went down by £20 between 2nd and 3rd June. Maybe someone took money out when informed about the change of plan.

In the unlikely event that the hefty donation wasn’t Steph’s own money, it rather feels he’s been bribed to change the focus of the campaign.

The stretch target is now £75,000 with 27 days to go.
