The National Education Union (NEU) is set to discuss whether the 2025 UK Supreme Court ruling on the legal definition of a woman constitutes “attempted genocide” against transgender people.

Delegates are expected to debate the issue today (31 March) at the union’s annual conference in Brighton.

According to the Daily Mail, Britain’s largest teaching union may hear arguments that the judgment amounts to an “attempted erasure of a group from public life”, with criticism potentially directed at both the judiciary and the government.

Independent Clinical Data (The Appleby Review)

IMO any who posts unsubstantiated nonsense about child death's should be ignored.

Or the only response should be provide proof, and not engage in their mind games.

After I posted this I thought, this cant be true, when I check in again someone will tell me its an April Fool.

But I see up thread someone has posted that it was passed as a motion.

Its hard to believe that grown adults would collude with this over blown nonsense.

And also an insult to the fact that sadly in more than a few parts of the world genocide is taking place, as is femicide.

I read the Yahoo article in the OP and most of it concerns the USA and the Lemkin Institute, which we've discussed several times on here (and not in a good way).

Why is the NEU focusing on this and not the many issues that need addressing in UK schools?

Meanwhile in reality, there are around 140 million women missing from the global population due to sex specific violence, marginalisation, neglect and selective abortion.

Did you actually even read the sad story of the girl you are leveraging in your project to insert male children into female spaces? Or was she just a useful tool for validation, like all female people are tools for the validation of trans women?

My take has been that telling children they are trans doesn't seem to improve their mental health.
Nothing has been said about the mental health of the girls who lose single sex facilities.
