There are far better grounds on which to criticise Semenya than his, disputed, family arrangements.

Whatever you think of Castor Semenya, it is a myth and a conspiracy theory to claim she is the biological father of her children - this is highly unlikely to be medically possible, apart from anything else. If you can't make your case against her without lying, perhaps your case isn't as strong as you thought.

Erik Schinegger fathered his child naturally (after surgery). Depending on the specific DSD, males with DSDs can father children.

He is the male parent of two children. He is their father.

Yes he didn't produce the sperm that got his wife pregnant but the mother and father of adopted children are still their mother and father
