I’ve just checked my birth certificate, both long version and the abridged. Neither mention a gender assignment. I feel I may have been shortchanged. Who fucked up? Someone at the maternity hospital? My dad? The registrar?

Sorry but cis is an article of faith description which has no actual use in being able to tell the difference between men wearing dresses and men wearing dresses.

Try harder without the use of pseudo religious terms so non believers are recognised.

BBC news item said he 'used knives during sex' whatever the rubbery fuck THAT means, and I don't want to speculate really. My adult son and I were sitting here with jaws gaping in disgust, but he did note that the reporter on the 6pm BBC news mostly used 'he' and 'him' when talking about his court appearance, but later slipped in a 'they' which was just stupid.

This appalling person probably has a whole raft of paraphilia, and guess which one is irreproachable?

The paraphilia name is transvestic fetish so transvestite is the term. Paraphilias rarely occur in isolation. Men can have multiple paraphilia including paedophilia.

The more of this shit I see, the more I think we need to run Minority Report-type profiling and refuse DBS certificates on the basis of "likely to offend".

Obviously I don't literally mean that, but pattern spotting in offending has to be a thing, doesn't it?

Transvestite isn't derogatory. The vast majority of sexual assaults are committed by men. What they're wearing is irrelevant.

I hope the women and girls he abused can put this behind them now and continue to heal.
