Women posting on boards organised around feminism and women’s rights outing themselves as… feminists concerned about the attack on women’s rights. It’s shocking.

Thick and mean. So many who are incredibly thin skinned, quick to take offence, short sighted, yet self righteous and arrogant.

Edited to add that coordinating an attack on an academic’s professional standing simply and only because she holds a different view on a matter is ruthless and the opposite of what education is supposed to mean based on values of open discussion and careful interrogation of a concept for its validity.

1. says the researcher of a Professor's work. If they're soliciting information from Reddit, they'll likely to be nothing more than a low grade researcher for the rest of their career.
2. Sex Matters is a women's right's organisation, only an anti-women misogynist would think a connection was problematic.
3. Easy to answer, it hasn't impacted on them in anyway whatsoever.

Heaven forbid they actually attend the event and learn something, while they're in a place of higher education. They'll get nothing from the Reddits but dribble.
