The FACT that biology is destiny means that as a male, you've never had to consider pregnancy. You are not and never have been a female, so that part is irrelevant.

Nobody is responsible for the behaviour of any other individual unless you're their parent or carer or something.

Nonetheless safeguarding rules reduce harm by applying rules to whole groups of people to prevent misbehaviour by a small minority of that group. Transwomen belong to the group "males", and safeguarding rules applied to the group males therefore also apply to transwomen.

Rapists don't check gender identity before impregnating their victims and not does the feetilised egg before implantation. Employers don't check gender identity before discriminating against women who have children.

You wouldn't know this, but lots of women are just as special and internally fascinating as you. But reality gets in the fucking way and we live in a patriarchal world where we still have to beg for crumbs of equality. We have less time for your luxury beliefs.
