That is one interpretation. There is another interpretation that requires such a limitation to be based on a "proportionate means of achieving a legitimate aim" in the context of gender exclusion.

Regardless of where you think you belong, in the UK, if you are a man you have no right to use women's single sex facilities.

I have been treated by medical professionals my entire life. Some knew of my transition, others did not. I am quite alive and healthy.

If nothing else, centuries of farming suggest people have known about sex for quite a long time.

If it was more than once, it is deliberate. Repeated use in that way is abusive behaviour in part because it can only be seen by the two posters involved.
