The new reporting where the person being discussed is being referred to as if the writer and audience don't know that person's sex leads to having to reread sentences to ensure the correct interpretation.

The more I see neutral pronouns and language being used when the sex of a person is known or can be very clearly identified, it is reinforcing in my mind that this also is harmful as it creates ambiguity and obfuscation where there should be none.

The fact that he is still being searched for leads me to think that the police have suspicions and are being professional about how they conduct this case.

Maybe tolerance is a better word? I'm really talking about people who would previously have been described as 'marching to the beat of their own drum', and I think it's good to understand this because many young people are drawn to 'inclusivity' because they genuinely are 'kind'. I don't think that is bad.

So acceptance of girls who do not conform to gender norms, but as they really are - girls, not boys.

That contrasts with e.g. co-opting other people into a fetish or forcing people to participate in a fantasy.

Given what's coming out about this man now, how could any ethical practitioner have given him the green light for that particularly brutal and irreversible surgery? He has clearly been a ticking time bomb for a long time. If he has been amongst the many men who've found the surgery has not magically solved all their problems in life, but on the contrary given them a whole lot more (chronic pain, daily dilation required, urinary problems, few people willing to have sex with him, sex if he can get it no longer providing any orgasm, etc etc), it would likely have made him even more angry and increased the risk of violence.

I think there is a post on X where he talks about his bottom surgery and he also talked about how surgery was funded.
