He is a bloke who said he expectation was that another staff member participate in allowing his assault of a female patient.

He may have clinical skills. Its his ethical outlook which is the problem.

People with poor ethics are not good employees as they introduce avoidable risk into the work place.

Its well known that if an individuals has poor ethics in one area of life flows this into all areas of that individuals life.

We export loads of doctors to Australia and New Zealand every year - if he can't get a job in Scotland, Australia is the obvious place to go, especially as he will know where to go for the highest level of trans protection.

It says he "may" go to Australia. Why do you feel sorry for the Australian women patients? Her medical skills aren't in question and there is no evidence or suggestion that she has ever mistreated any female patient. If you had a collapse and she was the only doctor in sight (like on a plane) I bet you'd be quite happy to put your prejudices aside and have her treat you!

If he has been listed as a female and has no open cases recorded with the GMC his belief that safebuarding and informend consent dont apply to him or others who would ignore a SS request gets lost as an issue arising from professional standards.
