Yes, I think that this might have an impact on voter knowledge prior to the election.

I read a post on Reddit earlier, where one of those delightful men read about Karen Titchener, new Patient Safety Commissioner for NHS Scotland, and her call for women to have fully single sex wards, especially on mental health wards, because they are vulnerable. His comment? “Irony is dead and they’re feasting on her corpse”, because these men can’t comprehend that there are ever reasons that women and girls would be considered vulnerable or need protection, and only “trans people” are supposed to be talked about like that. Ignorant fools.

What is it about all the male paedophiles, rapists, sex offenders, murderers claiming to be women that generates so much excitement amongst politicians, civil servants, the prison services etc? The Scottish govt are spending hundreds of thousands of ££ on ensuring that predatory males are able to fulfil their fantasies of sharing showers, cells etc with women.

Maybe it's time to ask whether they're reliving their own personal fantasies by misusing public funds in this way? Just as the Epstein revelations are raising questions about so many men being complicit in enabling the rape and sexual abuse of young women, it's time to start challenging those pushing this stuff about what's in it for them?

The mental health / suicide & treatment of pregnant women in prisons is appalling and inadequately funded. What is it about men demanding to transgress women's privacy & safety boundaries that excites so many in power to the extent that they throwing endless £££ & resources at these men?

Time for some awkward questions to be asked.

Another thing I've started to wonder is whether, in the case of the NHS and the prison service, there's also an element of seeing a (bad) solution to a problem in their enthusiasm for gender ideology.

They're both pressed for staff and space and overwhelmed with clients (in the case of the prison service, mostly male).

Anything that disrupts and loosens the consensus that there should be single-sex provision, same-sex staffing etc steers in the direction of being able to treat all clients, all staff and all spaces as interchangeable components to be deployed purely according to availability and convenience.

What a sad story, only about 5% of the prison population are women, surely the prison service could deal much better with such a small number. I realise they're in prison not a holiday camp but to let a situation like the one detailed in the article develop is such a failure on every level.

Have drafted the reported. As experts in the field can I assume they've been quoted or called re. this whole TiM in women's prisons or they'll top themselves debacle?

According to the report, which makes more than 30 recommendations, women were subjected to forced clothing removal and body searches which failed to take into account their prior history of abuse and trauma.
It found TTM was widely used for women with long-term self harm linked to trauma as there was no other ­dedicated strategy in place. Women were forced to wear “safer clothing” more suited to men and ill designed to protect their dignity during menstruation.

I'm starting to believe this is not about TiM at all. I think the SPS and ScotGov want women to kill themselves.
