There's also the effect of returned post-Brexit MEPs. The EU Commission has pushed Gender Identitarianism hard for a long time & the SNP are wedded to a return to the EU, so you get the likes of Alyn "Daddy" Smith pushing it in the Party as essential to their EU compliance. It isn't yet but worth staying abreast of Athena Forum because a lot of people in both Commission & Parliament are pushing to make at least a Goodwin level of compliance a formal requirement for Accession.

I recall reading the Mermaids advice for schools over a decade ago when tasked by a school with working out how to respond to a boy claiming to be a girl.
The advice (for primary schools) was that the school should have an assembly to introduce the young child to the whole school in his new disguise.

I didn't have to be a psychologist to know that this was the quickest way of "cementing" a child into a dangerous belief, leaving them no opportunity for reflection or the changes brought on as children grow and mature.

It's psychological abuse of a child - and of all his peers who were expected to accept this fantasy as reality.

Agreed that used to be the case but recently there seems to be a greater acceptance of the need to speak openly and freely.

Until the fetishistic / porn roots of so many demands made by transactivists are exposed - open access to girls and women undressing, women with a penis etc - many will continue to believe the "most vulnerable ever" narrative.

It's also not surprising that so many see vulnerability first if they're around children / young people in the grip of this belief. And they're right. This mentally vulnerable cohort have been gaslit by the older porn soaked powerful adults / groups. They are the vulnerable victims of this ideology and they are extremely fragile.

It's been a challenge to balance both of these groups and the "sacred caste who must never be criticised or challenged" has helped disguise the seedy nature of so many adults who've targeted the young.
