Fife tracks sick days costs but had no way to calculate let alone track the cost of forcing front line female staff to change in front of a male.

Their budget line will be £25k.

The Board were not even (or so claimed) tracking the direct costs involved. So staff time and board time were not included in the pricing.

The same will happen if the NHS is sued each case will incur legal fees and court time to establish a £££

After the Hampstead Ponds setback I was feeling a bit gloomy about how long it is taking to get rid of this nonsense but this news has cheered me right up. As others have said, hitting them in the pocket is going to bring it all to a screeching halt. There's also the investigation into fake billing going on in the US at the moment which I hope will lead to equally eye-watering damage to US health care providers.

IANAL, but again I think it varies from place to place even for children. Some places say 21, so 3 years after you’ve turned 18 to make a claim.

One thing someone like Ben Ryan should do is advertise all this for each US state and embed that idea into trans/detrans circles so anyone who might be thinking about it gets a move on if they’re running out of time.

The biggest win will be when insurers start pulling coverage from Doctors carrying out these surgeries.

Brilliant news. Fingers crossed that more journalists will start attending after seeing the outcome of this case.

The laws really vary all over in different jurisdictions around the world. In some places, the time frame on the statute of limitations only commences once you recognise an injury from the malpractice. This makes sense in many cases, some injuries may not come to light for years after the event.

So for gender medicine, there is lots of scope for this as people only realise the extent of how they’ve been injured years later.

I also think a lot of doctors will get away with it due to statute of limitations too 😡

Well even if journalists aren’t paying attention the insurance companies will be. I don’t think it will be long before butchering children stops being something Americans can claim on their insurance. That still leaves self-funded people wide open but it will safeguard a lot. Well done Fox V
