Maybe this is will give Brigit Phillipson a kick up the proverbial. Well done ladies!!
This should never have had to happen, the dignity of everyone should have been considered. It also legally shows again that stonewall gave out inaccurate advice on single sex spaces.

Looking forward to the jusgement - it sounds like the panel had a much better grasp of the law than Sandy Kemp.

But does B Phillipson's continued avoidance of this mean that this is the only way that women can get justice? This seems shocking to me.

Anyway, great news! The judgment hasn't been published publicly yet - I hope they hurry up and it isn't 300+ pages like the Peggie decision was!
