Unbelievable that we're celebrating a ruling that women must not be compelled by their employer to undress in front of a male colleague.

What a world the "be kind" brigade have foisted on girls and women.

Yes, it is quite unbelievable - and utterly disgraceful - that this would be needed in 2025. If you'd told me this 10 years ago I would have thought you were insane. Yet here we are.

It's great - and just - that the ruling went as it did, but it should never have had to go to court. The nurses are so brave, but they shouldn't have had to be.

I guess they were never going to put it in one person, and to be honest, I think it's more important to state that the trust behaved illegally. Even though I totally believe the nurses re Rose's behaviour.

Rose asked a nurse whom he'd only just met if she had 'those big pregnancy breasts'.

It's unbelievable that they didn't think he harassed anyone. I guess things like that are incredibly difficult to prove though.

  • However, it dismissed several other claims, finding that Rose Henderson, who is a biological male who identifies as a woman, had not harassed or victimised the claimants

Thank goodness! Finally common sense has been reinstated in a judgment regarding NHS provisions for women.

It could be months. Wilkins vs Dstl was released to the parties in March 2025 and didn't appear online until July 2025. Hopefully this one will be quicker.

Fantastic news. Also very sad that these nurses were denied support by their employers and their unions.

So many other HCPs out there being forced to accept harassment and lack of dignity and privacy for a male privilege ideology.
