Congratulations and thanks to the nurses - what a comprehensively useful outcome this is!

I applaud the nurses while simultaneously feeling utter contempt for a society where women have to bring legal action to have a women's changing room.

I'm also fascinated by their horror at possibly offending 'Rose' in the judgment by saying that some of his behaviours were disgusting and creepy he was just innocently following the permitted policy. Asking unknown women about their breast size or wearing holey underwear in public is NOT and never will be typical female behaviour, and that's before we even get near the fact he was allegedly trying to use his penis and sperm to impregnate his partner The wishes of this one large, tall and very obviously male individual were worth more than all the women making complaints because they simply wanted the law upheld.

Thank the lord the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 were referenced so clearly.

IMO, supported by the Supreme Court decision on woman/man meaning biological sex, it sorts out this bullshit immediately (in workplace scenarios).

But the man who goes into the women's area knows he should not be there. Why is this not direct and deliberate harassment?

For one thing, in the future there won’t be an entire institution standing behind the man committing indecent exposure in women’s single sex spaces, insisting he really is trying very hard to be feminine so he’s done nothing wrong.

With no back-up, they’re just garden variety exhibitionists. And there’s no one else to point the finger at if the institution has given them a secure space to use but they’re still insisting on getting into the Ladies’.

Has ‘Rose’ ever explained why they asked the nurse if she was getting changed yet?

I think in some ways this is actually a good thing.

The problem is the presence of a biological male. It may have been dismissed as an issue with a bad faith trans woman otherwise.

They just embarrass themselves by showing they haven't read the SC ruling. Obviously, they've already embarrassed themselves by claiming women can have penises, but it's so funny watching them jump up and down going BUT WOT ABOUT when it's something that's been comprehensively addressed. The pretence not to know what a woman is is obviously feigned ignorance (or just plain lying, if you're fed up of being polite about it) but the Transman Gotcha exposes the basic stuff they truly don't know.

Yes funny how they seem to think they are onto a winner saying how terrible it is that men can’t expose their genitalia to women because now women can. As if we would say ‘you’re right, it is much better to be a victim of male sexual exposure’!
