How else did women's rights come to fruition and since suffrage in the 1920s, it took over 50 years until the 1975 Sex Discrimination Act, covering equal pay, work, and education came into law. So give yourself kudos telling people they're less than human and undeserving of any rights under the law. They and their supporters will not stop fighting when you're helping to silence them.

Most women would have let it slide because confronting a hulking great man breaking the law may not go well for them. The women wield have been upset, but too scared to say anything. It doesn’t matter what these criminal men did. They did it belong there, they knew it.

I bet those men were behaving like dicks in there, excuse the pun, before it all kicked off. Most women would probably let something like this slide if they were just acting like normal people ie: peeing, washing hands quietly and leaving. They definitely did something to make multiple women complain which wouldn't be surprising given their aggressive and threatening behavior which was caught on video afterwards.

I would imagine that as a rule threatening behaviour probably works for them. Intimidate women and they will shut up. Get management on board and not only women will hace to shut up but also be enthusiastic participants (remember Upton keeping notes on colleagues who would quietly wait outside the changing room to avoid conflict). Very recently the woman in the London leisure centre that complained about a man in the changing room was actually banned from the gym.

Shame <sarcasm> that the law is on our side and women are no longer afraid of being doxxed or driven out of their jobs by the kind mob.

I am not sure why either of those men thought that making threatening remarks to the women on their way out of the toilet would work in their favour at all.

Considering the door they walked though to get into the toilet said there were gender neutral toilets on every floor, I can only assume this was a very deliberate act to be there from the very first instance.

It is also very concerning that security staff had been given the guidelines that if men are dressed as women, they should use the female toilet. Just like the management at the gym in Southwark.

That guidance needs to be tabled in parliament. I suspect that we might be seeing a regular occurrence of these reports now that women have received the message that if they don’t complain, their silence will be taken as agreement. Even in court cases. And we are still seeing videos or posts by defiant men who are using female single sex provisions.

You do you. The rest of us object to men in women's sex segregated spaces and if that involves filming them then I am ok with that.

The facial expressions of the two men are interesting. Amongst other things they look a bit perplexed. They’ve probably used ladies loos before and not been challenged - so they assumed women were ok with this but more likely that they believed they passed. The black chap in particular when at the mirror - I read his expression as “what is happening? This doesn’t happen…How did they know?” Lol. Probably the drag queen/escort style get up combined with male physique and male pattern behaviour…?

You do realise that many trans identified men post images of themselves in women's facilities? It really is not just about being discrete it is about saying " I'll do whatever I want and don't care that this facility was intended for the dignity and privacy of female people"

Boy George has said he’s often used women’s toilets as they were cleaner or nicer (can’t remember which).

I’ve seen people comment that drag queens have used women’s spaces and it was “all a laugh”.

So it isn’t just transsexuals who have been using women’s toilets for quite a while. It seems that many men thought using women’s toilets was fair game.

And now some of those men are angry because the privilege they selfishly took and got away with is now being discussed and women are objecting.

Women objecting shows them up for what they were and are, which is thoughtless and selfish. They don’t like what they see in that mirror so they argue and object and pretend to themselves that it’s all the fault of the women who are confident enough to say no.
