A murder on every page seems rather implausible. I think Nicola is exaggerating again. And would be a nightmare to read if true. You'd get to the end and have over 300 dead people and not much in the way of solving them or unmasking the murderer(s).

It's going to be set in a Scottish care home so nobody notices at first.
Or a Scottish drug rehab.
Or a Scottish NHS Trust.
