Colour me surprised that trans activists don't understand the hoops you have to jump through to bring a discrimination case.

Just saw a comment on that thread that someone should sue the Scouts for letting girls in, "single sex spaces means single sex spaces, not just female spaces, so why can't there be strictly bio male only spaces?"

They don't get that it's biological men that are the problem due the behaviour of enough biological men to make women wary of them.

We don't have men only spaces to protect men from nefarious women.

We do have women only spaces to protect women from nefarious men.

And the reason they don't get this? Because they are biological men with no lived in experience of being women.

I'm sure I saw something recently about plans to open the mixed pond all year round. That would be ideal, so it probably won't happen.

I know why too.

Though their case and hopefully any remaining support will be less if the mixed pond was to be open all year round.

Also remember the court case failed on ground of jurisdiction, so don't abandon any hope.

It's concerning that some people think men who threaten women or kick off should not only have their demands immediately met, but that any recourse to security shouldn't be happening either.

Apart from anything else, where do they think blind compliance like that would end?

Hampstead Heath has byelaws and a Constabulary to enforce them. I'm sure that dealing with the occasional man attempting to access the women's pond won't be beyond their abilities.

Nobody is saying that people should be allowed do 100mph passed schools just because someone decided that was a reasoned choice and there was no police around to stop it happening.

Any man attempting to enter a female toilet would have the weight of public opinion grabbing him by the scruff of the neck.

I have no doubt that we will be seeing that again, although it's taking longer than anyone thought

Funny how it really wasn’t hard to enforce in all the decades before men suddenly started saying they were really women and the powers that be lost their collective minds and believed such nonsense.

Its always sold as some thing which is hard to enforce yet the current legislation give the offender a clear choice and ownership of the choice.

Police report and a charge of sex offending with a 100% private prosecutions policy by the Board.

Clear notices of the facts.

Eg. That any male in the female pond area (or female in the male pond area) will cause alarm and distress etc ... and if found will have the police called and will be charged with sex offending.

Add a map to the mixed sex pond so the user has access to a lawful alternative.

Then the police sort out ID and the Board action if there is an arrest.

Simple solution.

No big fuss needed.

Non-sex Offenders will opt to use the risk free mixed sex areas.

Sex Offenders get to risk a nice criminal record.

The next stage, which I have evidence of in recent court cases in non domestic toilet provision, is of men who aren’t transwomen, saying they are transwomen as their excuse for being in women’s provision, which they use for voyeurism or sexual abuse.

They have been charged with a male name and claim they are a women just for the short time they are in the toilet room when they get caught. One man did change the pitch of his voice when trying to evade police.

Brings a new meaning to how can you tell the difference.
