Thank you for taking a stand, Woodmoose. Glad its been thrown out, but what a gruelling and unnecessary process.

That teacher should tend to his own duties. Hopefully he will reflect, unfortunately he doesnt appear a very reflective sort in the first place.

He ignored safeguarding issues related to another male teacher but hounded this woman for having views he disagreed with. He then tried to engage with the bullied woman's daughter on social media? And her professional conduct, was bought into question? You couldn't make it up. I do hope it comes back to haunt him. He sounds extremely dishonest and deeply unprofessional.

Having read Anne’s statement I’m in awe of her. Here’s hoping she’s on here. So brave. Like you I initially couldn’t understand this thread and what happened to her. It’s actually surreal the power this man deliberately wielded against her by using “the process is the punishment” bible. Carefully, ever so carefully painting himself as the victim. BUT the institutions that went along with this are also culpable. They need to stand up to obvious bullies and gamers.

If I'm reading this correctly he felt it was not necessary to report a man who harassed him and others via LinkedIn as it would have outed that man.

I don't understand why he's not guilty of gross misconduct and why she can't sue the Highland Council for the obvious harm they've caused her. But I'm very happy she's had it thrown out.
