Yes: an inability to accept the real world in which you are one of eight billion and are nothing special. A desire to turn the world into your personal 24/7 video game in which you are the playable character and everyone else is a non-playable character whose sole reason for existing is to further the plot for the playable character.

Basically, these people are Walter Mitty levels of fantasist, coupled with an apparent failure to recognise that magic isn't real and hence the D&D "Girdle of Masculinity/Femininity" doesn't exist in real life.
