One of the staff networks at work loves to bring out the intersectional wheel of oppression. The least oppressed is a straight white, middleclass 'cis' man. So presumably the man in this video would leapfrog the black lesbian because he now identifies as a woman, so is therefore the most oppressed and vulnerable.
