It would involve sex realists joining the Party in numbers & being active. Not each individual jumping straight in with both sex realist wellies though - that's a great way to get kicked right out.
Attend the godawful meetings, go to the soul-destroying fundraising events, volunteer to do tedious admin/ door-knocking/ litter picking & similar grunt work - that's how Gender Identiarians got so far - by showing up & doing stuff for the Party.
Pay attention to internal politics, be aware of who the troublemakers are & step carefully around them. Join groups within the Party & be active (first a few bland ones then more specific ones like Lesbian Labour or perhaps Labour Women's Declaration).
When approaching, er, gender-affected topics make sure you understand any parts of the Party rule book that might aid or hamper you, be sure to know the case law & statutes inside out, read all the briefings from WRN, FWS, Sex Matters, LGBA, Gay Men's Network & so on - I promise you any opponents would be running on vibes & Stonewall Law alone. Remember that whatever the issue, insurers always expect their policy holders to be fully legally compliant.
Labour's a solidly middleclass Party now so be prepared for passive aggression, indirect locution, drama llamas, & playground gang behaviour - you'd be familiar w all those from the Greens!
Join, be active, be useful, become trusted, vote for the least worst option in every internal ballot, achieve office in the Party. That's how entryism works & how Gender Identitarian entryists have so damaged every part of the Labour Movement. To judge by the dynamics of other Parties, the more of us who join, the more cranks might leave.
Now the Party has shrunk & the Greens & the Corbyn/ Sultana car crash are attracting yet more of the crank element, Labour could be ideally vulnerable, but it would require a lot of sex realists to hold their noses & play a fairly long game. Remember how Labour had to magic up so many new candidates at the last GE? Look at the Corbyn era dross still cluttering up the green benches, ask yourself how so many gormless 'Erberts are Councillors. Labour, like all the Parties, have a talent problem. Active, efficient, level-headed members who do their homework & steer clear of in-house spats could go far. 🤔
I'm still havering about rejoining but also slightly kicking myself, had I been a member I would at least have been able to vote for Phillipson as DPM.
