Basically it is a breach of Section 111 of the Equality Act 2010 to incite anyone to breach the Equality Act 2010.

Absolutely. The courage and tenacity Alison and others who have sought justice makes me feel very humble and glad I’ve been able to plant seeds in their gardens.

'6 years and it's not over yet' , unbelievable, I know they keep saying the process is the punishment, but it really is, I'm grateful to her for fighting back, I hope she wins.

Right when I'm in the middle of life stuff! Just based on memory I don't really have an inkling on which way this will go as it's not as clear cut (to me) as SW wasn't her employer and I'm not sure of the threshold for liability. I wonder who SW will bring?

This will be interesting but the evidence will be very legal based as it’s a question of interpreting the law rather than submitting more evidence.

Good to see this. She's such a courageous woman - wishing her vevery success. Long overdue for organisations like Stonewall to be held to account for the harm they've done to so many individuals and organisations in the interests of promoting the anti social, anti democratic gender identity ideology.
