I would not support this, or any other political/religious affiliation as being a part of women having equality and legal rights.

I still absolutely don't condone breaking windows and behaving like a bunch of drunken thugs in an attempt to intimidate everyone out of attending. I wouldn't treat anyone like that, including the (many) events and attendees where much ranting and shouting about trying to erase women's rights have taken place.

There's been several speakers leading the crowd in antisemitic 'river to the sea' chants and they're also selling keffiyehs inside the hall.

Many of the female Jewish attendees have left in dispair.

Do the men who carried this out have any knowledge of Kristallnacht, I wonder? When the Nazi leadership, in 1938, organised a nationwide anti-Jewish riot that was supposed to look like an unplanned outburst of anger against the Jews, but was actually state-planned terror. Kristallnacht translates as “night of the broken glass”. It’s not a good optic for the “most-oppressed”, who are supposedly living in fear of leaving their homes, is it?

Oh dear. Brighton is a big place now mind. London on Sea. Still majority straight , albeit a big gay minority. Lots of whom want to lose the T I bet. Infradig if they say so. But they can still vote.....or abstain.

It adds to the ongoing proof it isn't anger about women not wanting them, it's anger that women are successfully escaping control and punishment. They don't want women to want them, they want submission. How many times have you heard the revolving sexual violent threat 'if you don't like it you can suck my (lady) dick'? The smashing up of stuff, the indulgence of stupid officials, it's all rooted in a belief that women wanting rights and talking about rights that limit the absolute freedoms of men to use them - are bad women who deserve to be punished. It's rooted in a belief that women are resources for men, not equal humans.

The looking the other way constantly as men punish women despite those women having rights at least on paper in law - it's tacit agreement with those men. It's handing them the hammers.
