I don't think that VA will sue them, it's a well established fact that they are trans zealots and most of us are of the opinion that they have only stopped their illegal changing room policy because they realise that THEY will be sued and that they WILL lose.

What aggravates (but doesn't surprise) me is that they frame it simply as a 'ban', and put no effort at all into checking whether the new arrangements will unfairly disadvantage trans people relative to other users, if their psychological condition leaves them with nowhere to change (eg are there third spaces?). FFS even those famous transphobes the Supreme Court and EHRC thought of this problem, yet the GLP think so little of trans people's comfort and safety that they completely ignore it in pursuit of a grifting opportunity.

All the girls being groomed by certain adults in some schools and told that they must accept voyeurism and indecent exposure in their changing rooms if the male perpetrator claims to be female. Their boundaries are being completely obliterated. Let alone the damage to their intellect and logic by being told that men are women when they say they are.

Yes, all men. That doesn't really explain why, though. Why is it that (some) men get sexual pleasure from this and no women do? Probably the same reason that men buy used women's shoes and other bizarre things. Who knows.

A complete lie. Well, the law hasn't changed, so that part is not a lie. But trans people have never had the right in law to use the "bathroom" of their choice.

No, they don't. A gym would be allowed - I believe - to only offer mixed sex facilities to their customers. Mind, I doubt they'd have many customers other than pervy men hoping for an eyeful so they wouldn't be around for long.

There are a lot of women distressed according to reports, so it appears he has targeted a lot of female medical staff. Horrible man. They should have caught him much earlier.

This seems to be the basis of the claim against the hospitals. I agree, it will be interesting to watch developments.

There so much stuff that goes on in the UK that I don’t tend to look at Australia so I don’t know what their toilet regs and designs are. What caught my interest is that this may cost several hospitals lots of money so it will be interesting to see how this develops. It was happening for years.

Even more amusing, another contributer then accused the poster of being a "gender critical infiltrator". Who knows...

Is there any description anywhere of the type of toilets he did this in? Single-sex, gender neutral, cubicles, floor-to- ceiling etc?

GLP want people to email Virgin Active protesting re their changing room policy.

I am thinking instead of emailing VA to thank them for their lawful policy and CC’ing GLP. Only thing stopping me is I don’t want GLP knowing my email address.
