the ‘punch him in the balls’ was clearly a joke. It was literally the punchline. It is man in the women’s toilet, women don’t have balls so the joke is if all else fails ‘punch him in the balls’.

there has to be a clear difference to a direct call for violence against someone specific or in a Specific place and hyperbole and jokes. The bar should be exceedingly high before action is taken.

They should either apply to all or to none.

GL got arrested for pointing out that most TW have balls and therefore they can be punched in them for being in spaces they shouldn't be. There's no way this could be seen as a death threat.

Other prominent GC people (mostly women) have been arrested for tweeting things like TW are men, or TW should not be in women's spaces. Their threats could often be subjectively mean, but I have never seen a death threat.

They have also been warned about thought crimes and stickering

TRA's have tweeted and made placards stating 'kill terfs', 'the only good terf is a dead one' 'punch nazi's and terfs" and they have not been arrested, or cautioned or had any consequence at all. These are clearly made to intimidate women, and are credible death threats especially when coming from a TW as men are much more likely to resort to violence that women.

Certainly, sir. We want people to stop trying to force everyone to pretend to believe that men are women, and to accept women's rights to single sex spaces. We also want you to stop minimising and defending serious violent threats against women. And also accept that if you go around claiming lesbians can have dicks, people will laugh at you.

If you want GL to have a "legal pass" to make threats then that means it should be the same for all including LGBT people and allies.

The only people who have a 'legal pass' are TRA's and their allies.

Whatever the law is it needs to apply to everyone equally. You can't have one rule for GCs and another rule for LGBT people and allies.

You have answered your own question, the law should apply equally to everyone, so why doesn't it? Why have non of those TRAs and their allies been arrested for their threats of violence?

I don’t think anyone should get arrested for tweets tbh. I do think that if GC people are then TRAs should be too though. There is very lopsided policing of the issue. The assumption seems to be TRA = victim so any violence suggested is some form of proactive self defence. GC wrong thinking protagonists so any action is incitement or at least highly questionable. Stickers, ribbons, posters all literal violence trying to erase Trans existence.

Perhaps OP can explain what trans activists want, I am also confused by this. I might have suspected it was "complete freedom to make any violent threats you like" (I am not sure I have ever seen trans activists call out any trans people on this), but now with Linehan it appears to be "thou shalt not promote violence in any form, not even in a hypothetical last-resort self-defence scenario"?

Or is it: "trans people should be allowed to do absolutely anything they like and nobody else should be allowed to interfere with this - get down on your knees before your trans overlords"? That would appear to make sense of the paradox, but surely no person worth listening to would propose such a thing!

Actually not the case. We were waiting at the baggage reclaim last year and we noticed a few unarmed police around the edges. Didn’t think much of it. One of the men on the flight who we had seen near us, collected his bag and about 4 police just walked up to him and surrounded him. They quietly spoke to him and they all walked together away. It was some very slickly and it was clear they had been waiting for him. No armed offers at all.

We should all be equal before the law. The vast majority of British people support this. And our justice system, while imperfect in many ways, has 'blind justice' as a core principle.

In 2024, there were 87,869 men and 3,635 women in prisons in England and Wales.

So, 4% were women and 96% were men; in a world with roughly equal numbers of both sexes. This is an extraordinary difference!

For every 1 woman in prison there are 24 men. And the majority of women are imprisoned for crimes of dishonesty. The majority of men are imprisoned for violent crimes.

The average healthy adult man is significantly physically stronger than virtually all healthy adult women. And - as shown by the prison stats - is MUCH more likely to commit violent crime.

GC people typically:

• Support breaking down gender stereotypes. Men can be caring, can cry, and visit the doctor when they have health worries. Women can formally lead countries and businesses/organisations, put themselves first, and reject make-up, put on a boiler suit and crop their hair.

• Believe biological sex is fixed. It is all about the physical body, not the personality. 'Feminine' men are still 100% a man. 'Masculine' women are still 100% a woman. Trans Women are Men.

• Place a high value on Women-Only Spaces. These are very important for women and girls. They support them to live big, interesting and enjoyable lives. These Spaces are primarily policed by social norms, but police/security guards/reception staff should get involved if needed. Trans Women, as they are men, should use the men-only or the gender-neutral spaces. Never the Women-Only.

We can't always get what we want. We can't control how others see us. Being a 'feminine' man or a 'masculine' woman is completely fine. It is not a sign that you are in the 'wrong body'.

Most of my very favourite people are gender non-conforming. Men who are extremely masculine and women who are highly feminine in their personality/behaviours, are usually exhausting!

Everyone Chris, is the simple answer, because the laws of the land apply to everyone, not just the favoured few who think certain laws don’t actually apply to them because they are misunderstood, vulnerable, trying to live their best lives, possible suicidal and like to cover their crimes and faces behind made up identities and face masks .

So if you happen to know any of the people who regularly post those death threat, rape, burning, hanging, beating up with nail studded bats (and the rest) posts aimed at GC women on X and other media platforms, or who spend their time making offensive posters out of torn up cardboard boxes to intimidate women as they try to have legal, women only meetings, please do us all a favour by contacting the authorities so they too can be prosecuted and either found innocent or guilty according to the law of the land. And if you know any of the people who post threatening remarks about asylum seekers perhaps you can add them to your list.

Can we stop using the term ‘LGBT people’ please? (I know the media, TRAs and GC people do it too and it pisses me right off) LGB people have nothing to do with this. Some may be allies but many are GC themselves. Sexual orientation has nothing to do with gender identity. I wish everyone would stop lumping LGB people in with trans people and the woke gender ideology fuck wits
