@Crazytimes41 Whether humans can change sex with hormones is up for debate. Many animals can change sex and the main driver in this is hormonal changes.

No mammals can change sex. Experiments to see whether it was possible would have to start in utero, immediately after conception, since the foetus has already experienced the differential effects of its chromosomal make-up by birth. That would seem of limited utility outside a science fiction set up where one sex was being eliminated by something and the species was in danger of extinction.

Retired from home- if you look at the stats carefully the number of trans shooters percentage wise should be <1% as the figure is well below one percent.

Laws don't change biological reality. That's why we are in this mess, people who think words or laws can change reality. We need fewer lawyers in politics and more (actual) scientists.

Good luck with the - humans can change sex argument if you end up in court on a sex by deception charge. I’m sure the judge will be totally convinced.

The Violence Prevention Project at Hamline University studied mass shootings that it defined as shootings in public places that resulted in four fatalities excluding the shooter. Its analysis found that males were the perpetrators in 98% of the shootings, female shooters accounted for 2% of the attacks and transgender people accounted for less than 1%. (The Minneapolis incident would not qualify as a mass shooting under Hamline’s definition.)
