I thought we gender critical women were the Nazis and the transgender people were all good, kind, caring citizens?

My lady brain can’t cope with this piece of news that contradicts everything the TG believers have ever insisted on I believed to be true 😜

The best outcome here is that this guy is just a piss taking arsehole doing it for the easy life, and not for access to vulnerable women & the sexual gratification of being called a lady.

I'm hoping that's what the huge bushy tache is about - pushing the obviousness to it's limit: 'Im clearly a man in a hat, you arseholes, and yet here I am in the ladies'

I read it and assumed he's doing it as a stunt to highlight the nonsensical self-ID law.

This is hilarious as it illustrates perfectly the lunacy of Germany's self ID law. This bloke is the ultimate nightmare for supporters of this policy. At least he's not a sex offender which is the only positive thing for the rest of the women in prison.

Sure, But I was thinking more of equality under the law. The law should apply equally to everyone, including neo-Nazis. So if you were previously OK with a law, but now have misgivings because you see it's being exploited by neo-Nazis, then maybe you should have thought a bit harder. 🙄

I don’t think it’s here nor there. Because it forces TRAs to openly admit their policy of self-ID is flawed.

When they chant “trans women are women!” they want to project the idea that the men they’re referring to are all lovely, oppressed, dysphoric sufferers who just want to pee. These sorts of stories force them to effectively chant “Neo Nazi trans women are women!” and “rapist trans women are women!” and “murderer trans women are women!

Of course men shouldn’t be in women’s prisons anyway, but making TRAs admit (not that they do) that loopholes will be exploited or making legislators see past this notion of sad tragic males who need to be treated as a vulnerable group is important, IMO.

The article says that he is male in German criminal law and a woman in civil law. Can this be right? He has two different legal sexes plus one actual sex? That's a bit multitudinous.

Also wanted to say, I love his look. If he was just being gender non-conformist, rather than lying about his sex (and if he wasn't a Nazi, obvs) I would give him a hug for it.
