They'll be attributed to women presumably - that's certainly what the trans lobby groups demand in their campaigns to have to have perverted men like this referred to as women?

I do wonder why the police / judiciary don't get accused of lying / perverting the course of justice when they choose to refer to someone like this as the wrong sex?
