There could be no such thing as gender stereotypes and I'd still be trans. Being trans has nothing to do with feminity or masculinity.

I am trans because the primary sex characteristics I was born with, and the secondary sex characteristics I developed before I stopped my puberty make me uncomfortable, and feel like they do not belong attached to me.

Most of the time I'm wearing the most gender neutral clothing I can because its comfortable. I have never cared about masculinity or femininity, they're both bullshit.

What about those “trans women” who don’t have any medical treatments? Should they use the men’s?

A trans person can tell people what HRT does to trans people. I'm not sure what about that you're taking issue with?

Tall women, short women, lesbians, bisexual women, butch women, black women, Asian women, white women, athletic women, old women, young women etc etc can all use women's single sex spaces.

All men, including those that identity as women, can not.

The truth is that you can take all the steps in the world from here to eternity and nothing will change your biology - no amount of hormones, no amount of surgery, hormones and surgery will just store up ongoing health issues for you.

Whoever has sold you the untruth that you can stop being a man and become a woman, via dangerous medical and surgical interventions, has done you a great disservice and denied you the kind of fact-based, non-harmful, support you needed for gender issues.

You deserved better. You deserve to have been told the important and incontrovertible fact that if you are born male, you will remain male, BUT you can be any kind of man you want, you don't have to fall into the gender stereotypes of what a man should be.

That's what 'Gender Critical' means - challenging the gender stereotypes that force young boys like you were into thinking they must be a woman because they don't feel like what society defines as A Man.

I grew up knowing that I could never be what society defines as A Woman, so I became my own kind of woman. Fortunately nobody ever suggested that if I refused to accept the stereotype of what a girl should be, I must be a boy, and thank heavens no one offered me hormones or surgery.

You weren't so lucky, and that's an indictment of the ideological rather than evidence and fact-based support that has been given recently to children who like us had difficulties with gender stereotypes and expectations.

1. the plan is to encourage third spaces. We suggest you campaign for it
2. you aren't banned. You are choosing not to use them. There's a difference
3. mens problems are not for women to fix. If you have an issue with men take it up with the men. We are not here as second class citizens to your desires.

I'm a woman because I am transsexual with gender dysphoria and have taken steps to alter my biology. I have taken hormones, and I am getting surgery.
