Good point! But of course there’s words and there’s deeds. The first I heard of trans people was when they attacked a woman in Hyde Park in 2017, and they’ve kept up the violence and credible threats ever since.

The demand for violence shows the increasing weakness of the TAs over time. It is a characteristic of marginal movements whether religious, far right or far left in the UK.

Yes it is worrying, but the violence was already happening now they have stopped lying about it. By doing all this they weaken the more effective TAs who look neater and run bureaucracies.

Yes. Yes I know they are. Thst was my point? I was pointing out to @PlanetJanette that we have been told very often that we cannot tell who is female and male, but they were adamant there were females there. Also after many years of claiming TM are not female,when it suits the TRA talking point, they are . I was pointing out the TRA hypocrisy

I mean there are always plenty of SWP placards at these events, and our resident TRAs never seem interested in saying they don't welcome the support of a literal rape cult.

Which may not be the best way of signalling "we mean you no harm" when you want to assert your right to enter the ladies.

It’s more a male thing. It’s not unusual for some men to rely on threats and violence when women say no.

  1. Thats why I referred to a couple of hundred at most.
  2. The lack of self awareness in trying to tie 100,000 protesters to some anarchists advocating what anarchists advocate for, and then complain about guilt by association. I’d take sharing a protest with anarchists over neo-Nazis any day.
  3. By far and away the majority of signs on display on Saturday were directed at Wes Streeting and Keir Starmer. Almost like the target for criticism is based on willingness to make trans lives harder rather than based on the sex or gender of the person doing so.
