You can't commit a hate crime against a woman unless she has a particular characteristic, for example if she is a lesbian or a Muslim or black.

Spray painting "I hate trannies" on a trans person's door is a hate crime but raping and murdering women because you hate women is not.

You can get two years longer in jail for committing exactly the same crime against a trans person compared to committing it against a woman.

So don't talk to me about hate crimes against trans people. I'm not interested.

I always treat transpeople with dignity and respect. Even though they do not accord thst same respect and dignity to women. I have a question. You seem very invested in allowing males with a trans identity to use women’s spaces. My question is…. Why should males with a trans identity be allowed in woman’s spaces and males without a trans identity be excluded? What is the material difference between these two groups of males that accords one entry and one not?

Well, this nonconforming woman is very happy with the SC ruling. We just need everyone to follow the rules. Males, however they identify, need to stay out of female single sex spaces and then I would be overjoyed.

Considering I was asked often enough in my youth if I was a male, even while waiting to use toilets, I would say that this is nothing new. In fact, women and girls have always used queries such as this to safeguard their single sex spaces.
