edit: The Council of Europe has previously been very critical of how the UK deals with its trans citizens, it will be interesting to see if anything comes of this.

Nope, T people can’t “use facilities that align with their gender identity” [whatever the flip that is] following the SC ruling. Hallelujah for common sense!

I won't believe that until I see stats re what proportion of each country's population is trans

Plus as always Bee and his ilk can never define what trans rights are beyond this

So, does this mean that the Council of Europe does not respect female people's needs for single sex provisions? Is that something that people want to bring to our attention? That they think the Council of Europe should prioritise male people over female people when it comes to the needs of female people and the rights of women and girls?

Gosh.... that is something to consider isn't it? Not sure it is a positive though.

lol and?? So a captured organisation will write a sad faced report that the UK government isn’t giving men (TW) access to women’s spaces

and the Uk government will file it in the bin as there as just a few billion other things it needs to worry about and mens sad feelings are not top of the list especially as the public isn’t remotely on the side of “let’s let men into women’s spaces”
