Why is this subforum so intent on removing voices that dont' agree?

I think the OP thinks this subforum is moderated by its own users, like Reddit is.

In fact Mumsnet is a commercial organization with a cadre of (I think) paid moderators who probably don't read the posts, until someone hits a "report" button.

So the deliberately goady thread title doesn't make a lot of sense.

if you do an advanced search on your user name i see that you have made several pro-trans posts and i'm able to see them.
you do know that a man will always be a man and no matter of surgery or chemicals will change that fact.

I don't restrict you at all, I am not in charge here. What bit of the guidelines do you disagree with? It's right there by the "post" button that "By posting on Mumsnet you agree to our Terms of Use and to follow our Talk Guidelines."

Having a different opinion is not the same as trolling for a reaction and starting posts which are deliberately intended to insult or cause confrontation.

Dissenting voices are fine if you stay within the guidelines.
