FWS raised £ 232 K for their case, and then you have the Scottish government/SNP lawyers to be paid, unsure of their costs in total, but I do think it will be a very expensive fuck up by SG

Well I don't know. I paid once through the crowdfunder and now I'm paying again through my taxes! As others have said, it would be nice if those in the Scottish Government who have been promoting GI were personally liable. Still, it's all going to a good cause.

I hope not. If they can I hope FWS can use the money raised to help others. Rachel Meade comes to mind as she was left with quite a bill despite winning.

Lost my post, but does that order actually cover ALL costs? I'm not sure eg solicitor fees. It would be a shame if the crowdfunder monies actually couldn't be fully reused elsewhere if needed.

Yes. As I said, you’re being screwed over twice by the Scottish government. They remove your rights and then you have to pay the costs of the legal challenges. It’s a shame people like Sturgeon and Harvie can’t be sued individually.

It’s a shame that the zealots and the terminally-thick individuals who have been implementing gender ideology and erasing the rights of the public they serve can’t be held personally liable for these costs. Rather, the taxpayer is being screwed over twice by their so-called representatives, first by government policy and then by having to pay the costs of its illegality.
