IIUC, public nudity is not illegal in the UK unless it is done with intention to cause distress or alarm. Seems to me that Baker's ranting made his intent absolutely clear.

IANAL though. And, in any case, the police rarely seem to care what men do when it comes to transgenderist issues.

Can they be arrested for indecency- if they are not female? Genuine question I don’t know.

HE now parades around with his manboobs on display threatening people to be afraid. Maybe Alan and his pals should display their genitalia instead to get their point across and with a bit of luck they would be arrested.

One of the things that must surprise everyone is that this “vulnerable tiny minority” is able to do this protest without being harmed in any way.

If they really were this vulnerable tiny minority, then they would have been physically attacked or come to some harm.

But no… they were not which is really great news.

Do these police officers not engage their brain before doing this?

This person is now directly naming women. Not just threatening to punch terfs in the face.

Considering this person is also usually protesting where KJK is holding Let Women Speak events, surely the police and the CPS have to act.

Topless protesting is a French thing, only they're real women, and they make an impact not a spectacle.

The TiM's can't come up with anything original, they steal our spaces and our idea's, but they're still not women.

It's the dog I feel sorry for, animal cruelty for sure.

Also laughing out loud at the "give us a voice" sign. Trans people have been given time over and over and over again to say their pieces. For a lot of that time their voices were totally unopposed due to silencing of women and they still couldn't get what they wanted. When are they going to face up to the fact that it's not that people haven't heard and understood them, it's that we disagree with them.

Well that's one way to show once and for all that you really are not a woman.

But yes, on a serious note, incredible that name individual women and threatening them.

But suspect as there were no consequences last time, and didn't the magistrate almost imply the "emotion" was justified, there is no reason to stop threatening women in public.

Would it be too mean to say in a way if this gets lots of publicity, and there are photos (!!) it might just work against them?
