JKR has published a series of detective novels written under the pseudonym Robert Galbraith. The central character is Cormoran Strike. I have really enjoyed them. From a recent article in the Times I understand that all the profits from the first one 'The Cuckoo's Calling' go to a charity.

Please excuse my ignorance but what is Strike about? Never heard of it.

I'm not really a reader HP makes up half the fiction books I've read as an adult. I start books but never finish them. If I've finished it then it's a great book!

we are on the right side of history. JKR this is a wonderful thing you have done. I can’t even say what happened to me as i am very worried it would be outing. A thing that really angers me is being told ‘it doesn’t affect you’. They mean i am so old that i cannot even trigger an attack by a trans identifying man. I was attacked by someone at that time i only ever put forward a view that ‘the law needs clarified’. I was pushed into the middle of a busy road. Anyway, i watch all the law cases and know that rightness will prevail. The law has been clarified and needs to be implemented!
