Has just talked about how complex the judgement was - what exactly is complex about it? I just don't get it.
no way does he have zero understanding of the Darlington nurses case.

Amnesty bloke: changing rooms can only excluded on the basis of proportional and legitimate.

Amnesty is another one to say that we mustn't act in response to the judgment. Implying that the EHRC guidance shouldn't be followed.

Mate, the law is clear that women's single sex spaces do not admit men.

Amnesty: The important thing is to protect "everyone's human rights".

The suggestion is that focusing on women's rights is wrong.

Nice to know that 'other women' are at least considered alongside trans women when discussing domestic violence 🤔

Surely the most important thing about this law clarifying womens rights is about how it applies to women not how it applies to trans identified men
