Very brave young woman. Excellent article from Ben Rumsby.

I've just been reading this article about this on the BBC News app; more surprising to see it on the BBC than in The Telegraph:-

Thanks. Kafkaesque indeed. It is utterly mind boggling that at that point in history, seemingly one of the worst things you could do was ask a bloke with a beard if he was a man.

As an Autistic woman I'm still so bloody angry about this, and for the Autistic girl that was arrested by West Yorkshire police a couple of years ago.

It's been like a bad dream. How did these people in authority ever think they were in the right?
