Kick it Out are the organisation who reported the teenage girl to the FA

There's been a real positive shift over last four years towards mixed or girls football at youth level. Be great to see that over 18s too.

I particularly enjoyed when Sharron Davies was asked about whether it was unfair to trans women who now couldn't play football, and she quite rightly questioned why nobody was concerned about fairness for women.

Sharron has been an absolute warrior for all women who want to partake in sports and has faced a barrage of disgusting tweets and threats towards herself and her family from the "maligned" TRAs. We are so lucky to have her.

He was listening to TalkSport on the drive home from work and said them introducing "Francesca" who then proceeded to sound very male, will have undermined everything they were saying.

Oh and now 'Natalie' says all his female team mates will need to deregister from the FA leagues so that he can still play. Because he's an entitled man who thinks women are only there to support his life

Radio 5 has a transwoman on complaining that the SC judgement is not clear (spoiler - it is); and that it is unfair to women (no it's not) and that the science isn't clear that men have an advantage (yes it is).

The host is awful - saying we already had a good compromise that everyone was happy with if transwomen were allowed in the woman's game

I might have complained at the BBC News headline that was all about trans women being banned from playing in women’s football and the subsequent clip of some TW whinging about it. But he sounded so male and so annoyingly self pitying, I thought it would make some people stop and think.

The DT is reporting the ECB is expected to announce the same tomorrow thank goodness.

Had a tad of a smile reading "In a move welcomed by the Prime Minister, the Football Association (FA) confirmed it was stopping those born male from playing in the women’s game" - the same PM who also said women can have a penis.

The science hasn't changed.... nor has the law.. the FA statement terrible. This is about protecting women not sanctioning men.

The FA has consistently refused to speak to women on this matter and has issued harsh penalties to players who have questioned the rules.

We can only hope that some conversations are happening where the decision makers come to the understanding that this is the right thing to do and somehow manage to influence FIFA to make the same changes.

Ironic, yes, you do wonder if they can actually hear what they’re saying.

Of course the safety, let alone comfort, of women is too irrelevant to mention.
