Why are so many ‘cis’ men invested in the trans discussion ?

To me it seems more to be just a dislike of women of a certain age rather than a genuine respect for trans people. So many slurs about GC women being grey and middle aged, even ugly. Is it really just plain old misogyny ? Because we’re too uppity and outspoken, we’ve overtaken them in many spheres and that’s all they’ve got ?

It’s purely an outlet for legitimising misogyny. Lots of men absolutely dislike middle-aged and older women and think they are a waste of space / essentially support humans (even if they kid themselves that they are feminists because they like younger women).

They despise women who they consider too old to be fuckable and/or have enough life experience to not be wide eyed with naivety.

The whole movement of gender ideology has given men who hate women the perfect chance to call us hags, bitches, old etc etc under the veil of 'inclusion'. It must have been like a wet dream for them.

Hence the word ‘cis’ as I’ve written it. I hate it too. And pull people up who say it.

IMHO: They desperately need to be able to group transwomen with actual women because otherwise it makes them uncomfortable to think that they are all men just like them. It’s transphobia but they are in denial.
