Girl Guides and the SC judgement

I hope this is a question in good faith, as it definitely feels like it.

Generally, when looking for evidence someone is transgender, 3 key things are looked for. If gender dysphoria is 1. consistent, 2. insistent, and 3. persistent. That is generally what differentiates a cis person from a trans one. Sometimes gender dysphoria doesn't show up until late in life and sometimes it shows up the second they leave the womb.

When looking at younger children, there are signs such as calling themselves a boy when they are assigned female at birth, or picking to do more feminine/masculine things which are the opposite from their sex assigned at birth. The best way to explore this is to give them free reign in the clothes sections and toy shops to pick whatever they want.

However, it is up to the child mostly as they know what they are feeling best. If they feel like they are experiencing gender dysphoria (and are old enough to understand what it is), they probably are. If they have talked to you about it, then talk to the relative people (other family members, teachers, group leaders, etc.) and make sure they are comfortable in themselves.

In regards to the "woman on a trolley bus", does she need to know?

When does a boy become a 'young trans girl'? What has to change in order for this transformation to take place? How would the norrmal 'woman on a trolley bus' be able to determine the difference between a boy and a 'young trans girl' exactly?

Since you seem to consider yourself more intelligent than the rest of us, perhaps you would care to explain what exactly this "woman" is that a male-bodied person can be.

How they don't realise that this level of desperation to get men into spaces with little girls is decidedly creepy is beyond me...

Transmen are women, so no not men. They are allowing women who want to be men in whereas they used to not allow them in.

They are also letting trans men into GG (Girlguiding) (for unintelligent people who do not understand how language works: someone who were assigned female at birth who transitioned into a man) so they are letting MEN into GG now. Give me evidence that giving young trans girls the space to be themselves (a girl) is so destructive to the cis girls there.

Geeez, imagine being so deluded and clueless as to think all this bollocks hasn't been thrown at us before.

Quick note on your language there. "Men who self identify as women" are also known simply as men.

I'm intelligent enough to understand that not a single human being in the history of the planet has ever changed sex. In fact, not a single mammal has done that.

Disgraceful that they are continuing to knowingly break the law, and subvert the safeguarding of girls, by allowing biological males into what are advertised as female spaces.

Quick note on your language there. "Men who self identify as women" are also known as trans women or, even simpler, women. Since GG is for "all girls" (quote from their website) that includes ALL WOMEN. It is also well documented that trans women do not pose a threat to cis women in women-only spaces. If you are going to say "What if they are men and just want to look at little girls in a sexual way?" then should we prohibit lesbians or bisexual women from volunteering when they are already in a tough spot for volunteers because what if they look at the little girls in the same way.?

Correlation doesn't equal causation! And falling membership figures is mostly given to falling volunteer numbers which directly caps the number of people who can join as well as the strain on the modern family with most parents having to both work (sometimes 2/3 jobs) meaning there isn't time for GG

This is where I see the ridiculousness of all this trans stuff. They are now allowing boys in rather it be a space for "all girls" and for them to "be yourself" (both quotes from the website). Trans women are women and trans men are men, so shouldn't be allowed into GIRLguiding

I wonder - purely on a balance of probabilities - exactly how much Stonewalls defence of good faith might go before a court ? It's hard to believe that every organisation "advised" by Stonewall were themselves captured. There must be a few who are less than chuffed about the expense this will have caused them as a result of rather wishful thinking advice as opposed to legally sound advice.

Because doing so allows the continuing illegal oppression of women and girls' rights. It's bad enough that government departments and the NHS are so into this, but actual women's and girls organisations.... let them all go down. We need to start again, set up by women who can concentrate on actual women and girls instead of on their own need for phallic drift.
